"Support replied faster than I thought"
I had a little issue with my order, nothing huge, but still annoying. I sent them a message and expected to wait a while, but they got back quickly. The person was helpful and got it sorted out, so that was nice. It wasn’t totally perfect, like there were still a couple small things, but overall I’d say it was a good experience...

"Good album prices, but shipping is a little annoying"
The album prices are fair, which I really appreciate. But the shipping costs could definitely be a bit lower. Like, I’m already spending money on the albums, do we really need shipping to sneak in and make the total feel way higher? Other than that, it’s a decent deal

I found a bunch of albums here that I couldn’t find anywhere else, and they weren’t out of stock like on other sites. The selection was really solid, and it wasn’t hard to see what was actually available. I’m happy with my order and wouldn’t not buy from them again.

I ordered two albums from kpop.exchange, they mostly seemed genuine. The photocards and stickers were included, the seals looked right, and the logos didn’t immediately raise any red flags.
I’m giving 3 stars because one album arrived with a strange dent, and the barcode sticker looked a little off to me. It could’ve just been a shipping issue, but when people are paying for official merch, I think it’s only fair that everything feels clearly trustworthy.

"Album showed up in great shape"
I assumed the corners would be a little dinged up from shipping, but I was wrong. The album arrived safely and looked really good overall. No dents that I could see, and the inclusions were clean too. Happy with how it turned out.

My order showed up quickly, which was a nice surprise. Tracking was accurate the whole time, so I never had to wonder where it was. just a smooth, no-stress experience.
